ÜBER 

We are a group of five individuals interested in connecting artistic and creative practices to questions about art and climate. We come together from the fields of visual art, design, dance, and dramaturgy connected through the fabrik Potsdam in Potsdam, Germany.

We would like to know more about how others think about their role as ecological actors, and the relationship between humans, art, and the environment.

Wir sind eine Gruppe von fünf Individuen, alle künstlerisch verbunden mit der fabrik Potsdam.  Wir interessieren uns dafür, mit unseren künstlerischen und kreativen Praktiken, an Fragen zu Kunst und Klima an zu knüpfen. Dabei treffen wir uns in den Überschneidungen unserer Bereiche der bildenden Kunst, des Designs, des Tanzes und der Dramaturgie.

Wir würden gerne herausfinden wie andere denken über ihre Rollen als ökologische Akteure. Wie sehen andere das Verhältnis von Mensch, Kunst und Umwelt?

SABINE CHWALISZ
Sabine Chwalisz is a dancer, choreographer and dramaturge and artistic director of fabrik Potsdam, curating and organizing festivals, residencies, performances and projects.
Sabine Chwalisz ist Tänzerin, Choreografin und Dramaturgin, sowie künsterische Leiterin der fabrik Potsdam. Sie kuratiert und organisiert Festivals, Residenzen, Performances und Projekte.

SASHA AMAYA
Sasha Amaya works in dance, installation, and research. In addition to her work in the sphere of performance, Sasha also holds an MPhil in Architecture and Urban Studies and is the founder and co-editor of MVT Journal, an online platform dedicated to showcasing projects at the intersection of art, architecture, and landscape.
Sasha Amaya arbeitet im Bereich Tanz, Installation und Research, zusätzlich zu ihrer Arbeit im Bereich Performance. Sie erwarb einen MPhil in Architektur und Urban Studies und ist Gründerin und Co-Editor of MVT Journal, eine online Plattform die sich der Präsentation von Projekten an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Architektur, und Landschaft widmet.
OSCAR LOESER
Oscar Loeser is a visual artist based in Berlin. He develops visual concepts for dance pieces and installations, as well as creating projections for theatre and open spaces. Oscar graduated from the Potsdam Film School as an editor, and has since worked for choreographers, musicians, and various institutions, as well as in documentary film.
Oscar Loeser ist visual artist aus Berlin. Neben der Entwicklung visueller Konzepte für Tanzstücke und Installationen gestaltet er Projektionsprojekte für Theater und den öffentlichen Raum.
Oscar absolvierte ein Studium als Editor an der Filmhochschule “Konrad Wolf” Potsdam. Seitdem arbeitet er für Choreograf*innen,  Musiker*innen und verschiedene Institutionen, sowie im Bereich Dokumentarfilm.

LIDY MOUW
Lidy Mouw is a dramaturge and artist. In her work, she examines the diverse, moving, and thinking body. Lidy studied dance at Hogeschool voor de Künsten in Amsterdam. Her professional collaborations have included partners such as fabrik Potsdam, Hebbel am Ufer Theater, Maxim Gorki Theater, NRW KULTURsekretariat, and the Holland Festival.
Lidy Mouw ist Dramaturgin und Künstlerin. In ihrer Arbeit untersucht sie den diversen, bewegten und denkenden Körper. Lidy studierte Tanz an der Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Amsterdam. Sie arbeitet im Auftrag von oder zusammen mit u.a.  fabrik Potsdam, Hebbel am Ufer, Maxim Gorki Theater, NRW KULTURsekretariat und dem Holland Festival.

KATRIN WITTIG Katrin Wittig is a freelance stage and costume designer, and the initiator of the cultural project Stadt and Zukunft, which explores perspectives for the sustainable development of cities.
Katrin Wittig ist freiberufliche Bühnen- und Kostümbildnerin, sowie Initiatorin des Kulturprojektes Stadt and Zukunft, welches sich künstlerisch mit der Partizipation von nachhaltiger Stadtentwicklung beschäftigt.
